What You Will Do

Want to help drive KoRo's next growth chapter in the Italian retail market?

KoRo is changing the way consumers discover and purchase high-quality natural foods and snacks, with a strong focus on vegan and organic products. After building a strong online presence, we are now accelerating our expansion in physical retail across Italy, with a particular focus on GDO and Drugstores.

As our Regional Key Account Manager Italy, you'll play a key role in strengthening KoRo's position in the Italian offline market. Working closely with our commercial, marketing, and trade marketing teams, you'll help drive local growth, build strong retail partnerships, execute impactful commercial initiatives, and contribute to expanding KoRo's footprint across Italy.

Your Responsibilities
  • Manage regional retail accounts and negotiate second-level agreements (accordi di secondo livello)
  • Negotiate promotional calendars, seasonal canvasses, and tailored brand activations for your accounts
  • Actively identify and acquire new clients based on business needs
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing and Trade Marketing to define and execute commercial plans
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and excellent account management
  • Explore and develop new distribution channels aligned with KoRo's long-term growth strategy

What You Bring

  • Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or a comparable commercial qualification
  • 3–5 years of sales experience within FMCG and currently managing customers within the Italian DO landscape
  • Proven track record in negotiating contracts and renewals with grocery retail accounts, combined with a strong understanding of the Italian GDO market
  • Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach and willingness to support colleagues to achieve shared goals
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, paired with strategic thinking, analytical capabilities, and a hands-on attitude
  • Fluent in Italian and English
  • Willingness to travel regularly within your assigned region to meet customers and grow relationships
