Apprenticeship Assistant Brand Manager France (m/f/d)

Paris
Full or part-time
Intern / Student

What You Will Do

Reporting to the Brand & Marketing Manager, you join the french marketing team and sit at the centre of everything the brand brings to life physically: events, retail activations, influencer operations and field presence.
This is a hands-on, on-the-ground role. You will not just prepare activations, you will live them, build them and debrief them.

Your missions:
Events and road shows

  • Operational preparation of consumer events
  • Coordination of suppliers, equipment, logistics and stock
  • On-site presence: set-up, running the activation, managing the field team, take-down
  • Post-event debrief and reporting (footfall, costs, learnings)
Influencer and PR
  • Support on seeding operations: selection, preparation and shipping of the boxes
  • Tracking coverage and managing the relationship with our PR agency
Content and brand
  • Contributing content ideas and formats that bring our activations to life online
  • Competitive and trend watch across food, retail and events
Operational follow-up
  • Budget tracking for activations
  • Supplier and order management
  • Keeping the France marketing calendar up to date

What You Bring

  • You are studying towards a Master's level degree (Bac+4/+5) in business, communications or marketing, on a work-study contract of 12 to 24 months

  • A first internship or apprenticeship in marketing, events or FMCG is a plus, but your drive and resourcefulness matter more

  • Fluent French and professional English: English is the working language with our teams in Berlin

  • You are organised, autonomous and comfortable with operational work. You can juggle several topics without losing the thread

  • You are at ease in the field, including when that means carrying boxes and starting early

  • You have a real interest in food, retail and brands that do things differently

  • A driving licence (permis B) is a real plus

Occasional evening and weekend availability depending on the events calendar, compensated accordingly.

What's In It For You

  • A broad scope and real autonomy: you own your topics, you do not watch other people work
  • A France team still being built, where your opinion counts and decisions move fast
  • Exposure to an international environment: German brand, French market, multicultural teams
  • Offices in Boulogne-Billancourt, with remote work possible depending on your class schedule
  • Compensation according to the legal apprenticeship scale, plus 100% coverage of your Navigo pass

We're looking for People who share our Mindset

For us, it's not just about the what, but above all about the how. You'll be a perfect fit for us if you have the following mindset:
  • You take initiative and ownership. You don’t wait for step-by-step instructions. If you see something you can support, improve, or learn from, you get involved and ask questions. You learn from feedback and reflect on your own impact.
  • You thrive in change. Things move fast and priorities can shift – you see that as part of the learning experience, not a blocker. You adapt quickly and stay flexible.
  • You build, you don't wait. If something is missing or not yet perfect, you help shape a practical solution. You prefer early iterations and learning by doing over waiting for perfection.
  • You think in leverage. You try to understand the “why” behind tasks and decisions and bring in your perspective. You’re developing your ability to prioritize and understand what creates the most impact for the effort you put in.
  • You're a team player, humble and genuinely kind. You work well with others, communicate openly, and contribute to a supportive team environment. You’re curious, respectful, and open to feedback, and you actively learn from others while sharing your own ideas.
Own it – Move fast – Build it – Create impact – Lift others

Sounds good?

Then send us your application (CV and motivation letter) via our website. We are looking for real team members! We are curious to know who you are and what moves you, so feel free to tell us in a few introductory sentences.
